Mr Joseph joined the Commission in 2008. Prior to joining the Commission, he worked in the public service with the Government of Grenada for more than 23 years and with the Grenada Authority for the Regulation of Financial Institutions for 4 years.
As Director of the Banking and Trust Department he is responsible for the supervision, regulation and inspection of banking institutions, money services and professional trustees. His designation entails developing polices and making recommendations in relations to supervision of banking, trusts, money services and any other entity falling under the banking department. Formulate and coordinate the department onsite, offsite and training agenda.
Mr Joseph holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Training, MSc. in International Banking and Finance, BSc in Economics & Accounting and a Diploma in Cooperative Management.
