Please be advised, The Financial Services Commission, Providenciales office, will be closed to the public from Monday 23rd December 2024 to Friday 27th December 2024.
Take Notice that the Financial Services Commission (“the Commission”) has on 10th September 2019 revoked the Company Management License of Diamond Corporate Services Ltd (“Diamond”), having its Registered Offices now or formerly at Courtyard Plaza Leeward Highway Providenciales. The revocation of Diamond’s licence was pursuant to the Financial Services Commission Ordinance as a result of several contraventions of the Company Management (Licensing) Ordinance and the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and Code.
This means that Diamond Is Not Licensed to act for or on behalf of any individual or entity in the capacity of a Company Manager or Registered Agent pursuant to the Companies Ordinance 2017.
If you have a company represented by Diamond, you are advised to take all necessary steps to ensure that your company is represented by a licensed company manager. Please be further advised that all companies are required to be represented by a Registered Agent who must be a licensed company manager; failure to use a licensed company manager may result in the striking off of a company.
