The Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission (TCIFSC) has been made aware that Siesta Services, Ltd is conducting or purporting to conduct business as a bank or trust company in or from the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The TCIFSC advises that Siesta Services, Ltd is not an entity licensed or registered with the TCIFSC and is not authorised to conduct any financial services business in or from within these Islands. A list of the existing licensed banks and trust companies in the Turks and Caicos Islands is published on the Commission’s website at Banks – Licensed Banks | TCIFSC , Trust Companies – Licensed Trust Companies | TCIFSC.
The TCIFSC further advises that appropriate due diligence should be conducted before engaging in any business arrangement with companies claiming to be regulated and/or licensed by the TCIFSC. The public is invited to provide the Commission with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Islands.
