• The International Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers advises that three (3) entries have been added to the Sudan Financial Sanctions Regime1 and are subject to an asset freeze, as follows
  • Al-fakher Advances Works Co. Ltd (Group Id: 16464)
  • Alkhaleej Bank Co Ltd (Group Id: 16465)
  • Red Rock Mining Company (Group Id: 16463)
• This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List. The consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
