Please be advised, The Financial Services Commission, Providenciales office, will be closed to the public from Monday 23rd December 2024 to Friday 27th December 2024.
1. The International Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers advises that eighty-six (86) entries have been added to the Russia regime1 and are now still subject to an asset freeze and trust services sanctions.
2. Three (3) entries have been removed and are no longer subject to an asset freeze or trust services sanctions, as follows:
3. This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List. The consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
