Financial Sanction Notice 70 of 2023

ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida

1. The International Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers advises that the following two (2) entries has been amended in the  ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida regime1:of the United Nation Security Council and they remain subjected to an asset freeze. They are:

• Sufaat YAZID (Ref: QDi 124)
• Ahmad Bin Al-Zahrani FAYSAL (Ref: QDi.392)

2.This follows an update to the United Nation Security Council Consolidated List of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
