GENERAL ELECTION WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH, 2025. THE COMMISSION WILL BE CLOSED. NORMAL WORKING HOURS WILL RESUME MONDAY FEBRUARY 10TH, 2025.
1. The International Division of the Attorney Geneal’s Chambers advises that one(1) entry has been re-added, one (1) entry has been removed and one (1) entry has been amended in the Iran (Nuclear) regime1 as set out below:
(a) The following entry was erroneously removed on 18 October 2023 and has now been re-added to the Consolidated List. This entry remains subject to an asset freeze:
(b)The following entry was removed from the UK Sanctions List on 18 October2023 and has now been removed from the Consolidated List. This entity remains on the Consolidated List and subject to an asset freeze under Group ID: 16127:
(c). The following entry has been amended and is still subject to an asset freeze:
2.This follows an update to the UK Sanctions List. The consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
