Please be advised that the below non-profit organisations (“NPOs”) are schedule for de-registration by the NPO Supervisor, the Financial Services Commission, for failure to submit required annual financial returns and/or outstanding fees.
All listed NPOs are strongly encouraged to submit their outstanding financial returns and/or fees by 30th December 2021 to avoid de-registration. Please contact the AML Supervision Department of the Commission at email addresses aml_supervision@tcifsc.tc or tsmith@tcifsc.tc for details on outstanding submissions and/or fees.
Please be reminded that it is an offence to operate as an NPO in the TCI without being registered with the NPO Supervisor. Operating as an unregistered NPO carries a fine of $100,000.
