The NPO Supervisor wishes to advise that enforcement action will be taken this month against NPOs for failing to file their 2022 NPO financial statements and/or the annual filing fee of $100. To view the NPOs at risk of receiving enforcement action, please see below.
Delinquent organisations may provide the outstanding financial statement(s) and filing fee on or before Thursday September 14, 2023, to avoid further disciplinary action to the NPO Supervisor via email: aml_supervision@tcifsc.tc.
