Please be advised, The Financial Services Commission, Providenciales office, will be closed to the public from Monday 23rd December 2024 to Friday 27th December 2024.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to its authority under section 34 of the Financial Services Commission Ordinance, the Financial Services Commission intends to revoke the licences of the companies listed below for failure to pay their annual fees.
Any person who is likely to be affected by or has any reason why a licence listed below should NOT be revoked is invited to make written representation to the Commission, no later than 4.00pm on Wednesday 31st January 2024, as to why the licence should not be revoked.
