The Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission (“Commission”) through its Registry Department (the Registry) is responsible for the administration of the Company Ordinance, Partnership Ordinance, Trademark and Patents Ordinances, and the Business Names (Registration) Ordinance. The Registry is also the custodian of public information filed pursuant to such Ordinances.
The Registry oversees the above functions and activities through four units:
iii) Business Names
iv) Trademarks and Patents
The Registry is committed to providing the highest level of service and the maintenance of accurate records. In pursuing this objective, the Registry is guided by the requirement to balance the needs of those who are required by law to file information, against the needs of those who have a statutory right to inspect such information.
The Registry continues to increase online access to its services and records. Please see our Registry Management System for more details.
