Mrs. Swann-Simmons has substantial legal experience having practiced law across both the public and private sectors in the Turks and Caicos Islands. A product of the Wheeland, Blue Hills community of Providenciales, Caulette was called to the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar in 2006. She has had experience in providing oversight on matters of good governance with the Office of the Ombudsman in the Turks and Caicos Islands. She previously served in the public service contributing to the management of a pivotal Public Private Partnership Agreement.
Caulette is a trained mediator, who also holds an MBA, an LL.B. (Hons) as well as a Legal Practice Certificate.
