Mrs. Nicolé Collymore joined the Commission as Legal Advisor in July 2023. She leads the Legal Unit, which provides legal support to all units of the Commission.

Mrs. Collymore was called to the Barbados Bar in October 2013 and has since spent her career in the financial services sector. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI), where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws with upper second class honours and a Master of Laws (Legislative Drafting) with distinction. Mrs. Collymore also holds a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School (NMLS), where she graduated on the Principal’s Roll of Honour. Mrs. Collymore was a UWI Open Scholarship recipient. Her other academic achievements include being awarded for the best performance in Legal Drafting and Interpretation in 2012 at NMLS.
