Mrs. Roberts was born in Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands. She joined the TCI Financial Services Commission in 2008 as Secretary to the Managing Director and shortly thereafter was promoted to Executive Assistant. In 2010, Mrs. Roberts was transferred to the Company Management and Investment Department as a Compliance Officer. In 2014, she was appointed to the position of Office Manager in the Finance and Administration Department. Mrs. Roberts was instrumental in putting policies in place to assist with the establishment of a Human Resource Department.  In 2018, Mrs. Roberts was promoted to Deputy Director of Human Resource and Administration in the Human Resource and Administration Department.

Mrs. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She also has a diploma in International Compliance  from the International Compliance Association (ICA), a leading global provider of professional certified qualifications.
