Ms. Edwards holds certifications as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM®), Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, and Certified Internal Auditor. With a career spanning over 20 years in regulatory supervision, she has overseen banks, trust companies, money services businesses, and investment businesses across two jurisdictions—Guyana and the Turks and Caicos Islands—at different stages of her career. Additionally, she has contributed regionally, serving for two years as the Caribbean representative on the Board of Directors of the Association of Supervisors of Banks of the Americas (ASBA).
