Ms. Edwards has a combined 18 years supervising and regulating the financial sector and added years carrying out government audits. She’s a native of Guyana, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and holds a BSc. in Accountancy. She’s finalizing her certification studies in financial risk management, as she champions the Commission’s risk based supervision transition process.
