Pursuant to Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules 20100:

MADE by the Governor under section 70 ofthe Trade Marks Ordinance.

1. These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules 2009.

2. Schedule 1 to the Trade Marks Rules is revoked and replaced by the following new Schedule-
